What We Do
Red Star Homes, LLC is a group of dedicated real estate investors, agents, appraisers, and mortgage brokers helping
people buy and sell their homes and investment properties. Currently, we work in three different states: Washington,
Hawaii, and Texas. However, we do have access to other states if you have a piece of property or a timeshare you may
wish to sell quickly.
We purchase homes in all kinds of condition whether it is a brand new home or an older home that is in need of repair.
We look at apartment buildings, commercial properties, rental homes, timeshare properties, fixer uppers, homes in
foreclosures, single family homes, duplexes, triplexes, and fourplexes.
We also help people avoid foreclosure. Even if you owe more than your home is worth, we can work with your lender to
avoid the foreclosure and get your house sold.
We can purchase your property in a timely matter once we have a clear title. WeŽll work with you to avoid costing
fees and create an easy transaction for everyone involved. All transactions are done with the end goal of making the
whole process a win-win situation.
